This Sunday, visit Chijmes to try the cuisine by Chef Artur Moroz as a part this year’s World Gourmet Summit. Dishes include Polish roast goose, chicken stuffed with liver, Polish dumplings, sausage, Bigos sauerkraut with meats, Barszcz red beetroot soup, and bubbly and refreshing apple-based Cydr Lubelski and vodka-based cocktails.
